As the leader of the Washington, DC area "Low Budget Crew", I felt like it's time somebody wrote more about this man to give him his props. From working with hip hop greats such as De La Soul, Biz Markie and Freddie Foxx to lending his talents to stalwarts like Oddisee, Kev Brown is definitely on the rise.

Myself." " Instead of going to a record label right now, cause I just don't really wanna deal with record labels right now. Nothing against record labels, I just wanna be 100% independent, free.

Moon in Leo: "It's (my sound) soulful. People mostly know me for hip hop, and most of the stuff I do is based in hip hop. People also say that I put my personality into the beats, and they can feel whatever mood I was feeling at the time."
